Before we went to the 110th I stopped at the Dyno shop to tune the bikes. I do not have the sheet as the gal threw it away when she unpacked but it has a 96, SE 222 cam, and Bassani 2:1 with a crappy aftermarket air cleaner. Bike pulled 82 horse with 90 torque. Curves were identical to the ones on the Harley site for that cam.
We got the rest of the parts on order for my big bore this fall.
Going to start with some 110 SE heads and cylinders I picked up (new and already diamond cut in black so i can two tone my motor) Heads are getting a torque port. Then we are going to split and bore the cases, pin and weld them back after we check the crank.
Will likely do a woods 555 cam. I already have a 58mm TB and high flow injectors, and am going to switch to a Roland sands air cleaner. I'll definitely make sure I save the sheets for that build.
On a side note my wifes sporty 1200 put out a respectable 72 horse with 80 torque. It has a set of straight shots, big air cleaner and a PCV.
Question, why Dyno before all that work? You are just going to have to do it again after your build is complete. Sounds like a nice little motor build coming your way. I would also suggest compression release on your heads. Without it it is at risk of eating batteries and starters over time. Just my $0.02 for what its worth and know now a days, $0.02 ain't worth much!
I've read a lot on cams and thought I knew more than most on cams..
But what/Where did U get a SE 222 cam??
I know and have looked up SE - 203's, 204's, 211's, 251's, 253's, 254E's, 255's, 257's, 258's, 259E's, 260's. 263E's, 264's, 266E's and RX267's.. All these are SE cam...
I know Woods came out with a 222 bout a yr or two ago..
But Ive never seen or heard about a SE 222 cam..
Also, U didn't say anything about Ur Comp or Clutch... May, probably want to upgrade those two also.

That was a typo, they are SE255 cams.
It has a SE compensator and a 3" open primary with dry clutch set-up.
I needed to stop at the shop to drop of my heads and cylinders for the build so I threw both bikes on to smooth them out, get rid of decel pop, and get a baseline. He made me a good deal on the runs and tune. I think that 80/90 is about right for the 96 with that cam.
