I installed a fairing on my Fat Bob. Over 70mph I get a wobble. I have the bike at the dealer to give it a once over and the neck bearing was out of adjustment. I still have the wobble over 70mph. I have Metzlers on it with a couple hundred miles so relatively new. I wonder if it's the Metzler ME888 front tire?
Are you asking in general can a bad front tire cause a wobble?
If so then the obvious answer is yes.
Or are you asking if your specific tire is the cause of your wobble?
If so; this may seem like a troll question but how is anyone on this forum going to know if your specific front tire is the cause of your wobble?
You made a point to mention that you installed a fairing but didn't ask a question about the fairing.
Are you wondering if the fairing could cause your wobble?
If that's your question then take the fairing off and see if the wobble goes away then you have your answer.
The wobble question has be asked and many answers given on many threads.
You can search the forum to read all the opinions but I'll save you some time; there is no one answer.
You are going to have to find your problem through the process of elimination.
