Default Straightening the frame tab

OK, I need your expertise. Is there an easy way to straighten the little frame tab where the crash bar connects at the top? I have a slight bend in it, no cracks, no broken powder coating, just a small crease from a drop (not mine). What size hammer is needed to bend this liece and any advice for positioning would be helpful. Oh, just so the frame police don't chime in, the frame is NOT damaged, other than this tab.
TIA

Instead of using a hammer can you get an adjustable wrench on it and use the leverage to bend it back into position?

Not a bad idea, I tried vise grips, no go, don't want top bend it worse. Here is what I did. Went to Lowe's, bought a 4lb mason hammer, $20. Put a piece of 2x4 against the steel tab, hit it 5 times hard. Helps to jack up the bike to keep it level and front wheel turned. Worked one side, then the other. 5 good whacks, PRESTO! Straight as an arrow, no powder coat broken! Really was an easy fix!
