Anyone know where to purchase a service manual besides the dealership for $60.00 or is $60.00 the going rate ?

You can sometimes find used ones on ebay.

There are aftermarket manuals available but the genuine Harley Service Manual is the most complete and comprehensive. It will be the best $60.00 investment you can spend on your bike.

Suggestion....do not nickel & dime the most important item you will need for your bike if you intend to perform all the work yourself. jmo

$60 is cheap for what you get. I paid $120 for a Ridley manual that was nowhere near as complete as a Harley manual. Watch the classified section on the forum, they pop up every now and then. Might also post in the wanted section.
