If anyone else has changed these when riding solo, I'd like to see what you did.

Thanks

I only ride solo. Replaced the passenger pillion with a rack from Motherwell and replaced the nuts with some chrome low profile ones from Mustang...

I just replaced mine with round black little *****. They are about 1" in diameter, shiny black ball with a threaded hole in them.

1/4" X 20

1/4" X 24

1/4" X 28

I think the OEM nuts are 1/4" X 20 so I'm almost positive that the first one would work. I like the second one better though but I'm not sure if the X 24, or X 28 (3rd one) would mean they wouldn't fit?

I probably knew what these measurements meant at one time but with a 9-5 desk job and old age setting in early I've obviously forgotten. Can someone tell me if any one or all of them would work or not?

Thanks.
Ron

1/4' means bolt is 1/4 in Dia,, 20 means 20 threads per inch.

If those bolts are on Ur bike are 1/4-20, then only a nut with 1/4-20 threads will work.
