the bike will take about 2.8 in that area . about 26 ounces stays in the engine there is a system called the scavenger that will get all the oil out of the motor you . The proceedure goes like this you get the bike hot drain oil put the scavenger device on whre the oil filter goes you fill the oil tank and the remove the return oil line from the oil tank put a small hose on it and point it into a bucket start the motor and when the oil comes out clean shut down. remove the scavenger put some oil in the new filter install it then top off o yeq dont forget to put your oil return line back on. this is they way you wuill get a complet oil change., check the vid
