that's a really pretty bike , nothing wrong with color matched jugs IMHO

i'll probably feel stupid when somebody answers this ... what's the chrome thing on the right side frame down tube ?

It's a Pro One oil cooler. If you look closely you can see the oil lines on the bottom.
