No, it will be fine. There should be no modifications. The difference in the tank is one of two things. First, the Night Tra is in has 2 gas caps, and the Blackline/Breakout have 1. Second, the Night Train tank may have the vent on the front of the tank instead of the top plate. Either thing should not be an issue. The Blackline dash should bolt right on from what I can tell. Just make sure you do not order the top plate assembly from the parts numbers that Harley_Charley and I have shared. You should not need it.
Hey guys Im seeing that there is some knowledgeable guys here and I have just bought my first Harley. I have a 15 breakout and I have started to give it my personal touch. Im really wanting to get a tank that is longer and has the original look of the double gas lids. Most of all I would rather have something that would come back to the cylinder head to give it a stretched look. I have looked for about 2 months now and when I find one it says it will not fit my bike. Has anyone found a tank that is a bolt on? Also Im looking at the rear fender swap and I found one on eBay thats says for 2018 breakout so I would like to know if the frame is different from my 18 or would they still be the same and interchangeable rear fenders? Thanks for any help, I have just got nothing on my own so Im greatly appreciative for ur help

You can let your tank stretched but no double gas lids then, the fender of 2018 Breakout model is not interchangeable with previous Breakout, the frame is different.

if you can help me with a tank that would be longer than the stock I would be fine with the single gas lid. Any idea where I can go to get one that is affordable and not 2400$

I'm from Belgium so US addresses are not easy for me but for example "Thunderbike" makes pieces and install them to stretch your oem tank, this will cost approx 430 USD. But in the US
must exist companies like them who are able to do such thing.
I had a "custom" shop do that for me once. A thousand or so later I ended up with an ill fitting, eneven, rusted out piece of **** for a tank. And that is exactly what I deserved for chasing form over function.
