Is this normal for a Heritage?
I downsized from an Ultra to a 2013 Heritage and noticed when I'm running 70mph plus I have a lot of turbulence (movement) of the bike itself. I feel very little turbulence myself.
The bike seems smooth at lower speeds.
A good description would be the turbulence you feel when behind a simi truck, but there's nothing around me. I put dyna beads in the wheels because the weights kept coming off the rear wheel. I checked the spokes, air pressure, and all seems ok as far as I can tell.
Before I take it in, I was curious if anyone had any thoughts on this. Thanks

Don't want to insult anyone's intelligence, but are the axle nuts tight? Look for uneven tread wear on the tires. Sometimes when putting a new bike together, the dealerships rush and just plain miss stuff. I have to agree with everyone else, my Heritage cruises best in the 70's. Hope you get it fixed without the runaround at the dealer.

The hwy I ride back and forth to work has grooves cut in the asphalt for water. No issues with my heritage, but my last bike, suzuki, and my old sporty would follow them. Sometimes it would be quite disturbing how much the bike would move. If its not that or any of the above I'd take it back and tell em what's going on with it. It oughta be smooth as silk.

My Heritage has a completely different personality without the shield. You might try taking it off and running 'er up to speed. Also, are there any types of wind deflectors on the front forks? These too, could change the attitude of the machine. Finally, as mentioned above, mechanical issues, tires, spokes, axle nuts (front and rear) could be contributing to the concern. Could it even be the dreaded "wobble"?
