A very bad company they will not stand behind there product. I have a 2003 HD softail in June blew an oil line going 70 mph drained all the oil out locked the motor up. They will not make it right. I have pictures witnesses the old oil line. This is a bad company.

Just a word of advice...
There is usually very little sympathy to go around when it appears you joined the forum to bitch about something.
You joined HDForums one year ago, almost to the day, and posted a hello to a new member. Then, your second post is to complain about a situation that you feel the manufacturer is not giving you any joy???
I understand that you are pissed about seizing the engine but you're simply looking for someone to pay for it. An oil line broke, it happens. Do you have comprehensive coverage on your insurance? Good luck.
Ultra Cool has been great, I do not think there product caused your problem and do not blame them for not paying for your mistake, of course unless you left out some other major important info.
You will soon learn that coming here to complain is not a good thing. I think we all need to "vent" now and then but this does not seem to be the place to do that. I don't know why it's that way but it is what it is. I am not siding with anyone but a blown line may be on you, sadly. I have the HD cooler and I check it every time I clean the bike and that is often. I also check my pressure gauge ALL the time, especially at every light and stop sign. I check it when I start it and I check it when I am done riding and park it for the night. It does not take long to fry a motor with no oil in it.
Don't complain, it is your own risk. I had a blown oil hose to my cooler after three years fitted on the bike. Nobody told me to change the pressurised oil hose to a cooler every two years. I noticed that it became slippery, stopped and cut the engine before the red light could light on..No damage, only a ditch in my image. I renew now every year the oil hoses and I considered that as a lesson...No cooler manufacturer will guarantee a oil hose, just the cooler. By the way, I have a JAGG 10-row vertical on my HD Heritage Classic and I have never seen a better cooler before. In 110+ my oil temp will never turn above 230...Respect!

That's news to me.
I have a Corvette that came from the factory w an external oil cooler and no mention in the Vette forums or in the maintenance schedule about changing hoses.
I'm not doubting what you say, it's just I've never heard that before.
