Thanks for the replies so far.
Funny thing is that I was thinking it was the gas and was on my way to fill the tank today when I thought I might not even make it! I haven't riden all that much and that is the same gas that has been in the tank since I bought the bike, but it is down to about 1/4 tank. I'll try the easy thing 1st and get Heet and fill the tank.
When I power up I can hear the fuel pump but no "spraying" sound.
I'll have to pay attention to the sig lights as well.
Dealer isn'tpicking the bike up until the end of the month(for storage too) so I have time to play if it's not raining or snowing!
I'll let you know for sure when it is all figured out.
thanks again
How old is the gas?? Gas doesn't last forever. I add fuel stabilizer if my bike is going to sit for longer than a couple of weeks. I've never had a problem with my fuel injected bike but I've cleaned a lot of pilot jets from carbureted bikes. Smell the gas in the gas tank. Grab a sample if you can, is it green?
Fill Ur gas tank at home and see if it runs better, Ur right at the age of bike to get the pin hole in the gas line.
If U have the pin hole she'll start missing out usually 80-100 miles or longer if the hole is low in U hoses.

Had this issue with an '06 with about 17k miles on it. Replaced the hose and runs perfectly.

Our 07 did had the issue two yrs ago at 33k and was over 500 miles from home.
Had all the hose's and filter replaced.
From all my reading the Ethanol in the gas is causing most of the problem of gas line going soft and the pressure from the fuel pump blows a hole in the line. The Boating industry has had the same issue I've heard.
I've even read that STA-Bil has Ethanol in it.. so last winter I filled up with NON-Ethanol gas and didn't put anything in the tank,, She started up fine in the spring. So for me its no more Sta-Bil either.
Hopefully they have changed the hose's material so it wont be a problem any more.
Checked for DTC's and there were none.
The gas has been in that tank since I bought the bike. I had almost a full tank when I took it home at he end of Sept. Because I have a screwy work schedule I was riding only weekends when possible. Now it is at about 1/4 full, same gas. The auto store close by didn't have ISO Heet so I will try Sea Foam and fill the tank. I guess I got used to my old Ironhead running on just about anything because it always seemed like it ran lousy compared to Evos! That is why so many questions. This is my 1st FI bike.
Thanks for all of the great ideas.
OK, tried the gas thing. Bought a new 6 gal gas can for my bike only. Put a half container of ISO HEET in the can and mixed 5 gals of premium.
Filled the bike (pain in the *** with those new safety nozzles!)and let it idle for about 5 mins.
Took it for a very short ride because it isn't even 40 degrees out and it ran mint!
As I aid the other day I couldn't even make it up my street w/o id sputtering and stalling at stop sign.
This is a very good sign.
I'll follow up when I can take it for a much longer ride. I think it will get up near 50 tomorrow or Friday.
I'm thinking the gas guys were right!!!!

Just a passing thought.......if there are pin holes in the gas line inside the tank, your bike might run great until the amount of gas in your tank goes below the pin holes. Hope this isn't the case, but something to keep in mind while going on a longer ride. Maybe try to stay fairly close to home just in case.
