I have the 1.5" with the deluxe option that raises the rear of the tank 1/2" so I'm only going to have a 1" "rake". I don't expect the little bit of lost fuel to be an issue.
I've done some pre-measuring (haven't installed it yet) and I will have to drain the tank and install the supplied cross-over line. Not a biggie, but I'm thinking of having my tins painted like DK's Heritage with pics he posted earlier in this thread so I'll do the tank lift when I get the tins back from colormania.
I do expect a slight decrease in head temps and oil temps and that alone is worth it to me. As for looks ... I don't think it will change much and I happen to like the stock look just fine.

I have the 2 1/2in. DK front lift , I get 200+ per tank on the super slab , just raised the rear 1/2in last weekend , I made my own , no pics yet but it looks good. I had to get under the Tank and Wax everything Up .
Does this Heritage also have the rear lift option? Thanks,
Looks nice. Looking at the 1.5" lift for the lizard lights that will go under the tank so they can be seen. Plus the Speedo sitting higher helps so l I don't have to look down to see the unit.
Correct, just a round 1/2" spacer + bolt. I think they have a pic on DK Custom website.
Thanks. I looked but didn't see one on DKC...
I'm just curious how that would look on a Slim since there's a gap between the tank and seat, and the tank bib fills in that gap.
