Anyone remember the size of the riser bolts offhand?

I'll go with those 10 degree spacers off Amazon then and make seats decisions after that.

Mark, were the stock cables still good after fitting the spacers?
Not in my case. I went to apes. I can't imagine a 1" - 2" horizontal move to the stern couldn't be adjusted for with the stock cables though.

OK, good. Someone else did mention that re-routing the cables wins back a couple of inches, so that may be worth exploring.

Just in case..

Thanks guys! At the time I wanted a real solo seat there were only two models available - Bitchin and Danny Gray - and non of those here in Germany. So I had to find an other solution. By a coincidence I found an upholsterer that specialized on motorcycle seats nearby and he told me the easiest would be to go from stock seat...

That's what he did...truly custom, plus much cheaper than any of the named above options

I agree that looks great. Might have to have my stock seat done up similar to that as a backup to my Danny Gray.

Default Side stand.

Is it just me, but I don't find that stand very confidence-inspiring? It doesn't go forward enough for my liking.

I Googled around and apparently there were issues with it on the early Breakouts.

Were there and have HD altered at at all?

Default Breakout Tank Badges

I want to remove the tank badges on my breakout.
Any ideas on how to do it without messing up the paint?
Thanks.

Mine were pretty easy to pull off after setting in the sun for a few hours. But you can take a blow drier or heat gun if you're bold enough and heat up the emblem a little to help loosen up the tape. Or you can take fishing line and run that between the emblem and the tank in a sawing motion to cut through the tape. Make sure to keep it as close to the emblem or you take a chance of cutting into the paint on your tank.

Hope this helps you.
