Hi All

Have any of you converted your Breakout to an open primary? If so, are you happy with the result?
I have my bike build underway and am considering this for something a bit different.

I was in Chicago last week and being from Oz I was shocked by all the riders with no helmets

It's certainly not for everyone. Keep in mind that you loose the compensator so open primarys tend to have more vibration. Also, on a BO the offset of the tranny requires the belt to really stick out there on the side. One more thing - it will change your drive ratio. That being said, I like mine, which is a 3". A 2" would probably be a better choice for the BO.
