I was interested in the HD chin spoiler since it's small and would create a nice contrast with my chromed voltage regulator but...my 2014 BO has ABS and HD Parts Catalog says it won't fit ABS equipped models. As far as you know, what is the main issue? Any chance to bypass the problem?
I've seen a few people ask that same question about ABS with the spoiler, but have yet to see anyone give a definitive answer. Might have to just buy one and try it out.

I was worried to hear this answer...and if you (24V) don't have an answer for a technical question that means it's a tough one!
Yep, that's what reminded me of my question. I'd prefer the HD chin spoiler 'cause it has the hole for the voltage regulator. This one doesn't seem to have room for it (relocation?) or might be covered which to me is even worse for obvious overheating issues.
Again let me clarify: The stock factory speedometer on the Breakout does NOT have that color change feature.
The available tach-speedo does, but you have to buy that and replace your stock speedo with it.
I have not checked, but I suppose it is possible that the CVO version (only) of the Breakout has that feature???

Can anyone on here clarify- Is the proper way to get into Setup mode (to do these color adjustments) with the CVO speedo to hold down the "trip" button while turning the switch to "Accessory"?
I had my speedo replaced with the HD digital speedo before I ever brought it home, and can't for the life of me get it into setup mode (and I don't have the instructions that came with it). I've read somewhere that it's possible that there's a bent "accessory pin #6"- but that seems unlikely that one pin would be bent, as everything else on this unit works flawlessly (but it's possible)- so can you guys confirm that this is the correct way to get it into setup mode to adjust the colors?
It does go into some sort of "Diag" mode when I hold down "trip", and turn past ACCY to "ON" where all of the colors display for a few seconds...
Hope this may help. Anyway, just a tip, remember that you can download pdf files of the instructions you need of the HD parts on their site, simply going on the part you're interested in and clicking the "more info" option.
