just installed my new shotgun shock on my breakout. Super nice
Welcome !
Good to know. There are well described and popularly reviewed front suspension mods per LA_Dog which I too have adopted with "excellent" results. I'm finding rear suspension mods seem to involve more variety as to both options and results. That said, the shotguns do seem popular.
Here is my 2014 HD Breakout with Thunderbike rear fender with integrated lights
Just installed Metzeler 260 rear tire
Not sure if its tire or I'm just getting used to this bike but cornering got a lot easier
even thinking to get matching front tire now
Also got Thudnerbike bug spoiler and led mini front turn signals, daymaker headlight
and black mirrors to install and powdercoat triple trees and cover forks
Going to make it all black
Got a full set of wrinkle black primary, cam, trans covers and rocker boxes but now
I think I should try to seel those and get it all in gloss black to match the rest of the bike..

Looks good! I see you have passenger pegs on the bike, can you still carry a passenger with that fender set up?
Just left those pegs on for now since they were on a bike anyway, but yes you can carry a passenger on that fender, however I don't think I will ever do that
Has anyone fitted the daymaker headlight to the billet casing on there Breakout as Harley says it doesn't fit, which isn't quite true as I have done it tonight, only query I have is you can just see the retaining ring inside and was wondering if anyone has come up with a solution how to hide it

I have been asking the same thing about the general fitment to my dealer as well but never got a proper answer. Never had the guts to risk buying the daymaker and possibly wasting the money.
Could you post some pics of the daymaker fitted to the billet shell as well as possible issue you came across when doing the install?
PS: Sorry, never mind my above post....I misread...you were writing about the billet shell not the bullet shell I'm using.
