Cool bike !
Thanks, btw looks like you also have a low down kit ? Did you do anything with the front suspension? I feel it's getting more front heavy with high speed going in to a curve, do you feel the same and what's your tire pressure?

Thanks man!!...and yes, Legend Suspensions Air-Ride and Progressive Suspension fork springs in front. I know there are better options for the front, but the Progressive springs are a huge improvement over stock, they do a much better job handling bumps and pot holes and really help eliminate the nose dive in turns......I run my front at 37-38psi.

+1 on the Progressive front springs. The also slightly reduce the tendency of scraping pegs in fast turns/curves cause they reduce the compression of the front suspension under centrifugal force.

Nope, they are "Progressive Suspension" front springs.

As for anything else needed for install I can't help you there as I had my dealer do the install. But Rocker B will be able to tell you!

Yes, I used the standard rate springs part #11-1525 ... and no, you wont need any other parts, and installation is simple. If I recall correctly, I did need to lower the fork oil level per the instructions, I remember sucking some out with a syringe...

I'm also thinking about the cvo tank console if it's better with the tank lift ?
Cheers

You can lift your tank but you need to install the 10 degree riser bushings, which are available from Dennis Kirk, so as to move your speedo slightly forward. Lift your tank as high as you like.

The only issue may be handle bar clearance. Its advisable to do a trial lift before proceeding and you will need to extend the X-over tube. Check out DK custom (sponsor) site. They sell a great well made kit including the X-over.

My lift is 3", the view of the speedo is better than pictured above when you're in the seat. Doing the lift as you plan also has the benefit of using the speedo / housing to conceal the post lift gap at the front of the tank which keeps some guys from doing a lift on other models.

Hope this helps.
