On the subject of mirrors I fitted some Rizoma Tomoks, they too are on the small side but eradicated the blind spot with the OEM mirrors as they extend out further.
Just got the belly pan back after deciding it had to go black with a hydrographic 3D carbon dip.
Are those mirrors grip mount? I can't tell via my phone or a crappy pic. Lol. Everything is "subjective", but some don't like the grippers, width, etc..
Also, is the bellypan a chin spoiler? Just trying to get a mental image of the part. Thanx! The 3d carbon looks cool as hell man.

The mirrors fit in holes vacated by the removal of the original mirror stems. They are supplied separately with different fittings for different bikes, you need to purchase the fittings for your machine. The rear of the bike has red carbon 3D hydrographic dip and the belt guards and yes chin spoiler sorry, are black as are now the huge bright and shiny bolts and conical washers that secure the rear fender to the frame.
That bike is absolutely GORGEOUS. Ive seen it previously. Do you ride it when it's fit, or show only. Also, is the dipping expensive? (Dah, lol). I'm not really familiar with the hydro dip, but watched some YouTube on doing ar15s. Is it correct that a base color is used before the dip? Would it be, or is it possible to dip my factory black tempest (sorta dark charcoal gray gunmetal color) into a black carbon fiber motif dip? Thanx
The base coat can be any colour you wish even your standard paint if it has no blemishes. The company I use are well known in the UK and are called 'Wicked Coatings.' The rear fender I did consider having a real carbon wrap but it was prohibitively expensive compared to the 3D hydrographic dip process. I could have my rear fender done several times over for the price of a real carbon wrap in whatever base colour I wished. They also do some other amazing finishes. I don't show the bike but use it to travel for leisure weekends and in the Summer. Headed to Europe for the Hamburg Harley Festival on her last June. To prevent all and sundry bringing in bits and pieces to be dipped the company have a minimum payment of Ł150 per task. Below is a link that shows you their capability, hopefully you can access it.
I had a 2015 Softail and the throttle body didn't look like this. Is this something new on the 2016? The part I circled in blue is what I am curious about.
I think 2016 are throttle by wire and not cable driven
Those are the electronics (actuator solenoids) for the Throttle-by-wire, throttle system. you won't have that on a system with legacy throttle cable systems.
Nice bike! I have one as well. So those mirrors do not hit the tank, without doing anything else ?? Cuz I have that issue with my stocks that I flipped.
