Default can't decide between chrome or black exhaust

I have decided to go with the d&d fat cat exhaust for my 2007 night train. the bike is pretty blacked out and now I cant decide if I should go with black or chrome exhaust. from what I understand chrome is easier to take care of and last longer than black. It is a tough choice cause I feel I maybe stepping in the lines of too much black and I can use the exhaust to break it up. right now it has the v&h short shots in chrome and I like it but I think that black exhaust would look sick as well.

How well does the black exhaust hold up?

From the ones I have seen black would most likely be the best just due to being blacked out but need to see a pic of what you have now if want to make the best choice.

I'd go black. The black will fade a bit over time, so the chrome will last longer, but that bike is better blacked out.

I ran black exhaust on my old night train for years with no issues. Have black on my Blackline with no issues. I've never heard of one lasting longer than the other...

Black exhaust always on Night Train. Maybe even wrapped.
