My plans (before MB Bike week) are to chrome the rotors, install the front fender and have the tins painted jet black with Hod rod flames (red orange and a bit of white).

I think that will really set the bike off.

I think it looks pretty cool! And I think adding the tins you mentioned, would really look sharp! Keep us posted.

Now that's an awesome looking bike! I say leave the front fender off and use the paint money for that part to instead get a brown solo seat to set off the flames you'll be getting on the tank.

Love it! The wheels/whitewalls make it. I'd pass on the flames unless you need paint anyway. Same with the fender.

Very sweet, what year/model did you start out with? I've got a 93 FXSTS (in my album pics) that I'd like to put a fatboy rear fender on for a similar look.
