relocating coil

www.colloctorscycles.com. but, i want the wires to run from the bottom, plus either retain the stock cover or something better looking to cover the coils. now that i have a pic from that wed site ill make up a design and work on it. what you think? any ideas about a cover? cowboy

Thanks for that info. I am gona just make one of my own, that looks like a pretty easy mount kit to make....Can't think of a cover for it now though.. maybe after I do it I will think of something.
I moved mine and did my own thing to it on my carbed 00 Deuce.
Bought a chrome motor mount and bolted the coil to it,rerouted the wiring between the cylinders andplugged into the back of the coilthen took the stock coil cover flipped it upside down so it would face forward then took a dremel and went to town on it.
I cut the mounting hole of the cover out since it was now on topto make the cover look like a small scoop and had it rechromed, added some velcro to the inside of the cover and to the outside of the coilto hold it in place and two years later it's still going strong.
You can remove the coil bracket as well and it really opens and cleans up the area between the rear cylinder and the oil tank.
I've seen severalof themdone andeach one was done differently, they all looked good!
You can move your horn to the back of the rear splash plate over the trannyor wherever you can find that suits you.
Good luck and post some pics...
