so im a big guy (6'3"ish) and prefer to lay out a little more than stock... i cant seem to find anything but the arlen ness 3" kit though. not necessarily looking for more... just trying to find other options. really prefer a harley kit but i dont think one exists.
anyone done an extension kit on a breakout? what did you use?
Oh ok fair call. There's a hell of a lot of people out there using them and I've never heard or read one complaint myself, not to say no one has had a problem with it, but it seams as though the percent of people out there happy with this product is rather high. I've got the kit myself, just haven't been bothered to fit it yet

Yes, and love them. The only thing I don't like is how it looks.... extending past the lower part of the frame. I think for the bikes that HD does have them for the controls themselves are extended - not just a bracket .. but I'm not completely sure about that. Either way though they are at least 2x more $$. I'm really happy with mine and getting used to the looks part of it. I'm 5'9".
I run the Arlen Ness kit. My only complaint was that it didn't work well without modifications for my jockey shift. Otherwise, you're spending like $5-600 on extended controls.
