Anyone know where I can get some new fenders for my fatboy? I am looking for front and back that wrap around the tires more. Similar to the one chops has on his fatboy. I would change them out when I get my bike painted. It will be a while, but just doing some research.
Fat Katz and Arlen Ness both make a variety of wrap around type fenders. Most of the Ness fenders in the aftermarket catalogs are made of fiberglass, but you can get any of his fenders made out of steel if you go to his website. The Fat Katz are second to none in quality and they will make the fender to your specs if you want to lengthen or shorten them.Customer service is good at Fat Katz also and their fenders are really made of heavy gauge steel.
Also considering getting some Softail Deluxe take offs. I like the longer look of the delux fenders.
Warg,Check the Harley catalog for your front fender,They have a blank Fl front fender same as on the Deluxe and the Heritage, but it doesn't have all the junk on it.I have one on my Fatboy.I actually cut off the mounting brackets and mounted it right through the side of the fender to give it more of a slammed look.My rear fender might interest you also. It's a stock Fatboy fender that's been lengthened 4".Kinda has that wrap around look you were talking about.
