Sent you a Pm. Mine is the "teddy bear" one.

The teddy bear one is the new one that has 5 lights in there instead of 4.

Ah. If that's the care, then suddenly everything fits into place. Thanks!

So i like to ride mine as low as it goes with a little bit of air in it .im allways getting that clunk sound on any bumb or divit in the road. Is there a way to not have that hard sound happen or should just raise the bike when i ride.i was wondering if theres a rubber swing arm bumper or if i need to replace the gromits on the shock.
mabey im just adjusting mine wrong. Can i have any rebound when its slammed or lowered all the way

If you ride it completely slammed, you need to put a bunch of air in using the rear down switch to prevent the swingarm coming off the bump stops. But it will be very hard.

If you want to have it very slightly raised, but not hit the stops, you'll need masses of air on both sides of the shock to make it very firm.

So I have my new shotgun shocks installed! It is an interesting system. I actually aimed for bumps and holes to get a feel for it, and it is noticeably softer, though I still haven't gotten it working just right yet.

So one thing I notice is a really odd noise when it is inflating- the compressor sounds like a grinding noise. Is this the normal sound?

I'll be waiting for my SS pom poms...

I know with non-abs with the standard size compressor it sounds like any other small compressor.

I ride mine about 1/2"-1" from the bumps stops when riding 1 up. I'd rather it be all the way down, but then it just rides like ****. That 1/2"-1 inch of height rides great and still looks b!tch. I've pretty much dialed my setting in as follows:

-Raise the bike front switch until it's all the way up.
-Continue holding the front switch up for 12-15 seconds after the bike is all the way up.
-Now press the rear switch down to lower the bike all the way to the bump stops
-Now "blip" the rear switch up once or twice to raise the bike a little (1/2"-1")
-Ride it like you stole it.

This setting will let you ride slammed, but still give you a little bit of movement for bumps in the road. It keeps a decent pressure in both chambers for decent dampening and rebound. Try it out and see how you like it, then add or subtract air from the front or rear switch with changing road conditions. Took me about 600 miles to learn the system and what works for me. Everyone will have different taste. Just watch you lean angle in turns to avoid bottoming out. I've got a nice scar on the bottom of my primary from taking a turn to fast leaned over. Won't do that again =(

I've got the ABS version, and it also sounds like a compressor (think airbed/mattress inflating)
