I'm going with the Freedom 36's and I'll never look back and I'll never say a good word about Samson again. If they can't read the largest HD forum on the web and take the time to address this issue they deserve to go out of business and I hope they do.
Thank you? Really is that all you will reply with? So many people looking for answers. And that's what you say.. Come on man! Your making the whole company look bad. I've always wanted samson fishtails. But you are giving me no reason to want to buy anything from your company. Help us and help yourself and answer some questions
Just to clarify so everyone on this Forum knows it without a doubt; I personally have addressed and attempted to help and resolve every single issue anyone has ever had with our product whether good, bad or indifferent.
I want to just reiterate for those of you that are losing patience in waiting that there is nothing wrong with our production or manufacturing process. It is the outside process of chrome that is holding things up. I am not passing the blame either but would you rather we just rush your exhaust system hastily out to some chrome plater and then get a bad quality product? I would rather be straight up hones with you here instead of making excuses.
We literally have thousands of parts out being plated and are anticipating the parts to start flooding in very soon.
I'm not sure what some of you are meaning by charging your credit card before the product ships but we have always done it like that and just about every dealer out there is going to do the same thing.
We appreciate all of you that have stuck by us during this transition and if you decide you do not want to wait any longer then my sincerest apologies but we really do try to get these product shipped out to all of you as quickly as possible. Would any of you really believe we would want to purposely be in this position? We are known for providing a quality product and have innovated more styles that everyone copies still to this day from the humble beginnings.

Maybe a few days before the product ships, but not months before.
I really believe you hate being in this position but you guys have the ability to improve the situation. I deal with more product every day than you or most deal with in a year. I face shortages all the time with major manufacturers like GE, MOEN, Kohler, & Dupont to name just a few. I never ever make a customer wait, there is always a solution. You guys need to solve the problem, find another company to chrome parts even if you have to take a temporary hit financially. I spoke with either Jill or Jennifer every other day for weeks, did I speak to you? No. The problem I have is that I was told EVERY TIME I SPOKE TO SOMEONE, trucks coming in tomorrow, truck came in yesterday, inspecting shipment, trucks expected next week, there's so much chrome in the back warehouse it will take days to inspect, call back in 2-3 days, there are four people in line before your order will be processed, call back tomorrow, call back Monday.........Get where I am going? Is there only one chrome facility in the state? Or the country? Come on! You guys are a power house exhaust company, have an awesome product but your customer service still leaves a lot to be desired. I wish I could have had your pipes but even if available today I wouldn't swap out the Freedom's based on how Samson handled my order and everyone else's on here that is sounding off. For those that have them already.....unless you spent weeks or months waiting in some cases you have no idea how bad this is. There are three big threads that have been circulating near the top of this forum for weeks and only 2-3 times have I seen a comment from Samson.
