I requested my refund from Samson on May 27th.They responded and said it would happen asap.Still nothing.
i requested my refund in the middle of march, they said it would happen asap also. i have not gotten my refund yet. everytime i call they say the person in charge of that is out on lunch/in a meeting, that they will call you back. i havent even received a phone call back. every time i ask to talk to a manager they always just happen to be in a meeting. this is ridiculous. there is no excuse to not refund a customer
****, Samson is getting their teeth kicked in here lately. Better get a handle on this dude!
(read: find another plater that isn't going to **** up your reputation AND make sure people know your shipping/billing timeframe... this ain't rocket surgery!)
ordered my 39 inch cholos on monday morning 7/7/14 lets see how long this takes. they told me 6 to 8 weeks wait time. on a different note. they do not charge your CC untill your order is going out the door. nice to hear actually. thats how it should be when there this far behind. so ill give them that time...
I ordered 36" mini cholo pipes April 1st and after waiting 13 weeks, agreed to a substitute exhaust system when the company couldn't give me an idea when my original order would be completed. This company double billed my account for the pipes, couldn't tell me when they were going to be completed, and the customer service was terrible. I finally got my pipes after 14 weeks and the quality was ****. Beads of chrome prevent the heat shields from fitting correctly. I sent a picture to the company and was contacted by Jill. She indicated that the company may replace the shields but I have to mail the originals back. I offered to pay for a replacement set with the understanding my account would be credited once the originals arrived in Sturgis. My suggestion was against company policy so if I want my heat shields replaced, I have to mail them back on my dime and hope I get new shields by the end of summer. In the meantime, I will not be able to ride by Softail Deluxe. I have been very patient with this company but I have had enough!
