soooo samson, I got your email about rushing my return and that it would run thru at the end of business last night.. Well... Guess what? Still no return. Called my bank and double made sure and nope nothing. What is your issue with returning my money?
If you say this is soooo serious cus they lied to me about not taking money and then did, its the 3rd day now im waiting for the return. You arnt acting so serious .. I want MY money please.. no excuses

I never said that it would be in your bank by the end of the business night.
I said:

Those were my exact words because I know that once you enter the refund in the credit card machine it doesn't even get processed until you end the day and then both banks handle the transaction from there. It could be completed within 24 hrs. but it could also take a couple days.
@Nikonf8, I thought I have addressed all of your questions and if I didn't then it was not done intentionally. Whatever you would like to know please let me know. I'm an open book with you guys on here and I will reiterate just so everyone knows; I run the plant here and have a terminal in the shop and do my best to answer everyone's messages on the Forum. Mostly I am here to address technical issues but whenever there is something I see within sales that needs attention I make it a point to chime in and offer up my help.

well another day has been passed and still nothing.. lol.... and funny jill told me when i called on thursday that she watched them do it and not to worry it would only take 24 hrs.... well its been all of that plus. if its in the computer as refunding my money then you should have no problem emailing me a copy of this transaction that you did on your end... So for 3 days now ive been told 24 hrs. Man i guess she didnt explain or buck explain how many 24 hrs it was gunna be?

In light of this new open book, can you address how it is taking months for orders, and it's all attributed to plating? This seems very hard to believe, and I think a majority of us on here don't believe/understand that. My brother recently bought a heritage and went with dual pipes, and directly because of this thread and many other similar ones, purchased another brand of pipes.
I have 36" cholos, but mine were done about 1 1/2 years ago...I love them. But you really got to think about it, is just like anything else, sometimes employees quit or different management, what ever the case may have been, customer service changed. I'm sure things will pick up. I will say, once you get them, you'll love them.

So I need to vent, I ordered 36" mini cholos in black back in October.
After waiting the 4-8 weeks they said it may take I called them,
They said at least a couple more weeks? Fine it's winter now but
Still wanted the pipes so I could go forward with engine mods.
After repeated calls through jan./feb. I was told end of February
First week in march, FINE! I already waited this long right?
So they say if they are not in by this Friday that I can pick a different
Exhaust and the price won't change, well guess what NO PIPES!

I baught my 14 deluxe 2 weeks ago literally to have that style Pipe and vicla style .. Always wanted a deluxe to do this .. Love how the easiest thing is holding me up from that ..
