Samson exhaust suck!

What we ought to do is make V&H aware of this dilemma and hopefully convince them to make a longer fishtail. Ive never had samsons... Yet. Ordered 39's off eBay and theyre in route as we speak. However, I have had several V&H exhaust sets and theyre always spot on with performance, chrome (outstanding) and never an issue with waiting no matter where I order from.

Found some 36" black Freedom shark tails IN STOCK ordered Monday got them Wednesday put them on that night, that's the kind of service I expect when spending 1000$ on some pipes ! Very happy with them, not as long as I'd like but I have them!

Vance and Hines Fishtails?
would anyone want vance and hines to offer more lengths and other options to their fishtails? If so send emails and show interest towards that subject. I sent and email and I already got a response saying if more people showed interest then they would probably go forward with it.

I have my 36" cholos coming next week =) , yes they take a little while to get but in my case i ordered the true dual header and 36" no baffle longtails seperate yesterday both in stock through drag specialties !

I had V&H Long shots and torqued out at 83.86 installed by the local indy and ordered Samson 36" Long Tails and got 96.26 at local independent .... Thank You Samson... oh and got 3 more horses to boot...

I'm considering a set of the Legend Series Boloney Cut pipes for my Street Glide. I like the looks of both pipes being on the high side of the bike vice duals like most everyone has. My concern is the exhaust exiting directly under the right side saddle bag mainly heat and potential melting of the bag in traffic. Has anyone any experience with this ?
