Really Disappointed in Samson Customer Service
Getting so tired of the run around and empty promises I get every single day from these guys! How can a company like this have such horrible service? There's more than one chrome shop out there right? Why can't they send product to multiple chrome shops and catch up with demand? Do they not have product? I keep getting that it's help up at chrome!!! I don't see how this is possible! I've been on the phone with Jennifer 2-3x per week since first week of April and the story is always the same, truck did not come in or it's coming tomorrow!! May have to look at Freedom if I want pipes before summer ends...

I'm not saying Samson is great or anything but last year when I ordered a set of True Dual Crossover 33" Longtail's; they shipped out the day after i ordered them. Pretty good service if you ask me but that was over a year ago or so.

i cancelled my order at the beginning of april. i have yet to get my refund. like it was said above. i call them multiple times a week, get told the same thing over and over every time, that all they have to do is sign a piece of paper to approve the refund. well if thats all you have to do, why hasnt it got done yet?! luckily for me i got my fishtails through dennis kirk that had them in stock, but the bad part is that i am out $455 until that refund comes back. i have never, ever, seen a company that does this to their customers
