After having a very unpleasant conversation with the company on Friday, they agreed to send me two new heat shields. I received them today (Wednesday). I was surprised that I got the replacement shields in 4 business days as the first time it took 6 days. The shields look unblemished. I will see if they fit on Friday. I am pleased that Samson took my criticism seriously. I will report back on Friday regarding the fit. If Samson is reading this post, thank you for working with me on this order.
