well i been on the phone with them all day.. they told me yesturday that they dont charge the credit card. and guess what i noticed today on my bank statement??? yep they charged it anyway.. $990.00.. been on the phone with them. they said the paperwork is in place for my refund but its gotta go past the accountant.. so the accountant has to sign off on my own money? so Jill said i would have my money by the end of the day. and guess what no money in my bank account... so ill be calling yet again tomarrow morning and going at it once again.... i never seen anything like this. id love to hear the reason the manager jim told me personally they never charge the card till the product ships, that it was a new policy cus everyone was mad for samson taking our money.. you take 1000 dollars when you said you wouldnt, and now its gotta be an annoyance. id just like my money back that i worked hard for.
I don't work in the office but I do apologize for the mistake that was made on charging your credit card after you were told that it wouldn't be until the order was shipped.
I have advised everyone of the seriousness of this mistake and asked to have your refund expedited as quickly as possible.
As soon as I hear back from my accounting department I will let you know the results.

Hi Oldxbone,
I sent you a private message, if you could please check it and reply back to me so I can step in and get you taken care I would be most grateful.
LOL at this thread. Absolutely pathetic that is takes customers complaining on a public forum to get any kind of a response from a once-reputable company.

That may sound good but the scars that you guys have all ready made will be there for life. I have had my order in from the first week in January and have not got my pipes to date please try to explain this and why others have got there's before mine. The other thing is you call and talk to Jill she tells you this and that and when you call back the next day she has no recollection of your call . Roumer has it that the owner of Samson has bought the/Full_Throttle_Saloon and that's why the move to sturgis. Thing is if I were moving my business I would have every thing in place before making the move including the people who were going to do my chroming. It makes no sense if you cared about your business to make a move and not have things in place I am not a business man but any one with common sense would know this and make sure when you headed down to your new location things were ready to go. It seems to me there is something more to this saga then meets the eye.

Hey everyone if you pay via credit card and do not receive your product/services, you can dispute the charge with your bank. They will do a claim investigation against the seller granted its a legitimate business. They really do go after the business. I've done it twice with places that either said their product was in stock but not delivered and also one where they shipped me something used and broken and tried to claim damage from UPS. In both cases, I was credited my money during the investigation.
Funny thing is i have seen the samson tech chime in now and then but i never get a response to my post even when its directed at him. I think i hit the nail on the head a couple of times and no response for sure
soooo samson, I got your email about rushing my return and that it would run thru at the end of business last night.. Well... Guess what? Still no return. Called my bank and double made sure and nope nothing. What is your issue with returning my money?
If you say this is soooo serious cus they lied to me about not taking money and then did, its the 3rd day now im waiting for the return. You arnt acting so serious .. I want MY money please.. no excuses
