Desperate, need help: vibration issues!

I remember reading a long time ago that people noticed the TC-A motors (non-balanced) would really vibrate at idle and smooth out at higher RPMs, whereas the TC-B motors (counterbalanced) were smoother at idle but buzzed in the higher RPMs.
