Default HELP paint turned white

I was bleeding my front brake and spilled some DOT 3-4 brake fluid when I bumped bike it splashed out of caliper onto my black forward control I quickly finished and pushed bike outside to clean it off I washed all possible areas with wash and wax and all looks good except for my forward control it has milky looking strains from fluid. What can I do to remove these?

Pretty sure you're screwed. That type of DOT fluid ruins paint/powder coat. You have a very short window to clean that stuff up.
