Just curious, I wanting to put a swingarm bag on the Fatboy. I have the swingarm chrome covers on the swingarms though. Can I put the bag on over the covers? Do I have to remove that side? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, you might have a problem - some of those swingarm covers are on the large side...
Of course, that depends on which bag and how it mounts...
Here's a look at a standard H-D swingarm bag on my Slim:
The strap on the right would probably interfere.
You could always just get a chrome axle nut cover for just that side, although you can't buy just the one... or you could go with a hard mount kit like the one from Dead Creek Cycles - that replaces the three bolts from your belt guard with longer studs and a plate...
Use a hard mount and it doesn't touch the swingarms. I made my own, went to lowes for parts, but there is plenty of venders that will take your hard earned.

I've got axel covers on the bike. May just get a bag and see what works. Worst thing that can happen is I take the cover off that side. Probably can't see it with the bag on anyway. I guess my next decision is which bag to get! Thanks for the insight. Beautiful bike by the way!!
