It is obvious that the PM, HHI, Jay Brake calipers certainly are better looking than the stock 4 piston HD brake calipers. Do they actually perform better than the stock calipers?

They are supposed to be more "powerful" and have a more confident feel to them...
I wanted to note that NOT ALL caliper are direct bolt up. Some require brackets to work like the JB ones. I was going to go that route until I found they needed a bracket for 00- up softies. Im going to spend the money on a PM instead for the best caliper there is and a direct bolt up application.

I had a 6 piston PM caliper on my 08 fatboy. It worked great, it would blue the rotor a little we beating on it in the mountains. Not sure if it was better then stock. I couldn't honestly say.
