Default Clutch slip

I think my clutch might be slipping.

How can I tell for sure? My mind might be playing tricks on me since I recently started jockey shifting it.
What's the best way to address this besides buying a new one?
Adjusting the clutch behind the derby cover?

I have 12k+ miles on my ride.
