Yeah .. they are. No bashing .. your statement is true. Another good reason to have a Hog as the "Mascot" !

.. my VTX 1800 would dust anything that Harley has on the floor stock .... the now be gone Vrod might have given it a run for the money. Maybe the 114s. Dont have the X any more though.

Vtx specs .. dont think Harley posts this type of thing. Im going to look




FJRs dust stock Harleys
Goldwings ..not fair to compare as not a twin .. but dust Harleys.
Concourse .. same

Just a few I can think of ...
but when I ride my Harley .. its more about a cruz than speed.

The 107 cu in (1,750 cc) model with a claimed 108–112 lb⋅ft (146–152 N⋅m) is standard on all models

and I did a cam and dont think the numbers were anywhere near these on the dyno sheet I have. .. I would, however, expect the same on the dyno for the VTX.

Not everything is judged by how fast it is. Otherwise a lot of crotch rocket riders girl friends will be very disappointed in the sack.
