Long time lurker, first time poster. "94 FXSTC. I need help. Lost keys, decided to install new ignition switch. Cheaped out and let my buddy install. Bike starts and runs well. BIG problem, it will now start in ANY ignition postion, even in off! I've checked it against wiring diagrams, most seems ok, jumpers appear to be in right location, the rest is out of my league. Could be crossed wire, I'm not sure any and all help or suggestions much appreciated.

It's gotta be in the wiring if that's all you changed. You need to double check the switch's continuity positions and how they are hooked up to your harness. A new ignition switch is not that complicated...unless you cross wires or install the wrong continuity switch.
