Default 2014 Breakout Ignition Switch

Ok guys,

I have a question for those of you with Breakouts. When you turn your ignition off or on, does the **** pull out and in? Mine goes out and in a lot, like freely. That seems strange to me, just wondering if it is normal?

Thanks,

No, not normal. Mine is pretty tight, not moving in or out at all.

Let the dealer fix it under warranty?

Thanks all,

I didn't know there was a set screw. I will check mine tonight.

I went to the dealer today all the breakouts there had a tight ignition.

Mine seems it is about to fall off. If I can't fix it, I will take it down to the dealer.

Thanks again

Just looked at the service manual I have and I see the set screw. I went out to go about adjusting it and it is very hard to get to.

The coil is in the way and the screw (under the ignition switch) is very hard to get to. Anyone done this before?

Can't you turn the ignition to the on position and will that not turn the set screw to an easier accessible position ?
