Default 2004 Fatboy tins
I bought these to repaint and use on my 2006, but I traded it for an Ultra....

I have pics, cant seem to load them here...they are really quite nice....red and silver in color.

$375 plus shipping from 60805

Is this EFI or Carb ?

It came off an carbed bike, but will work with both.

A carb. gas tank won't have the large hole required for the EFI fuel pump.

Must be one of the tanks that has the adapter plate in the top so carb will work. If it is I think you should be able to just take plate off...at least that is what I have been told...I know you can take an EFI tank and install plate to make it work.
