They are basically night train bars & risers.Alot of people ask me what kind I have b/c it looks a little different, it has a tank lift on it. There is a company that sells it(you can see the brackets if you look close on the front of the tank) I found it in the back of a local magazine. I can't remember the name right now. IMO it adds a nice angle that compliments the Deuce's dash.
I'm not a big fan of the black back wheel now that it is on. It's ok but I think there is too much black on the back now.I shouldn't have been such a tight *** and went for the matching back wheel, rotor, & pulley(but I do have to pay for my wedding in Aug[:'(])
The paint is 02 Harley Custom paint w/ a greenish/gold ghost flame. When I bought the bike everybody wanted the 100th Anniv. paint & my dealer had these tins for sale so we traded even up.
Well the shocks are in but the bike is not done. They had to reorder my clutch cable, it wasnt short enough but, it will be in tomorrow and bike will be picked up in early afternoon. Looks sweet with the back dropped down, here are a couple of pics, i took them with my phone. Cant wait to ride!!!

Dropping that rear makes a HUGE difference!! That looks awesome Blue... You did new shocks?? What brand? I was thinking about lowering mine some. The only prob is I'm not the smallest guy. I'm about 225-230 & my fiance is about 155... I just don't want to bottom out on these ruff roads we have around here[:@]
I put in a set of Progressive 422's they have 2" of adjustment, i was going to do the bolt kit with standard shocks but, i heard of too many complaints about bottoming and ride quality. I did some research, put a post in the softail section for feed back, did some more research and then pulled the trigger on these.
I ride solo all the time and only need to worry about myself (wife doen't want to ride-yet!!) You can adjust the preload quite easily, they send a wrench with the shocks. I am sure i will have to play with the set up. I am 210 lbs not sure how its going to ride.
I bought then from phat performance parts, 385.00/free shipping/free t -shirt. Check the softail forum for my original post (progressive 422) there are a few people running them. I will let you know how it rides when i get some seat time.
Bike looks totally different!!!!

bluedeuce, That looks awesome. That's the perfect height in my opinion. I'm really starting to lean toward a new set of shocks now. This forum is going to make me spend all my money.

If spending a few more bucks isn't a problem, do it right and go with new shocks.
Softails leave a LOT to be desired when it comes to a decent ride, and a stud kit in their junk stock shocks will only make the ride worse. A set of progressives will still deliver a decent ride when lowered.
I have the bolt kit in now. I can't think of anytime I've had a problem with this setup, but I guess I just don't know what I'm missing. If I can get my bike more comfortable than I think it already is by changing the shocks, I think it may be in the plans.
Bike looks great, would be even better if i could ride it. The clutch cable came back the right length but the wrong finish...[:@][:@] The shop is going to put my stock clutch cable on for me so i can ride this weekend, then i will have to bring it back. The front of my bike is going to look like crap!!!! Not the shops fault, cable makers fault....
