I have a Avon 90/90/21 it helped fill the gap between the tire and the fender. I wish it would warm up so i can try out the new 95" kit. it's been in the low 20's since i got her finished. my luck winter will hang on till may!
I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning. I can't wait to get all my parts in and have my bike become transformed. One day its 50 here and i went for a little ride and then we get 12" of snow. The more I am on this site the more anxious I get. Stay tuned.
mt325,
Which Heartland kit did you go with? And are you doing the mods yourself?
06Deuce,
That's what I'm running as well. Must be the fender that makes it look chunky.
What brand front fender is that anyways? I've been meaning to change mine.
CC, I went with the Heartland EZ 200 Kit, PM Gasser Rims- 200 Rear and a 21x3.5 front, PM Drive Side set up, new front fender from RWD, and I am unsure about paint, might just go with black again for add a metal flake to it, this mod was costly enough, eventhough it would be nice I don't want to drop $2k on custom multi color paint. I thought picking out accessories was hard, my shop guy broke out the color swatchs and I got dizzy. I am so hyped! The rear fender was the only thing that was truely bothering my on my bike and it's finally getting done, WOO HOO!
Swamp,
Nice bike man. Love the timer cover. Among the many other mods.
Thanks 06,
I'm going to look into it for a summer mod. Great price to!!
mt325,
That's going to be sweet man. Nice move on the 3.5" front rim. I wish
I had done so myself. Can't wait to see it. I'm excited for you bro. What
kit are you using to lower your bike?
CC: I have Progessive 422's in her all ready. My only concern is that I am 260 and if I drop it the full 2 inches then I might get a spine rattling as I am currently sitting here with an ice pack on my back for squating too much the other day. I have seen a lot of chatter in the other forums about dropping the front but am unsure about the ride. Do you have your front lowered? What do you have in the rear?
