Will take some photos and post but for now, a short video below of the Deuce I bought today. Just moved to Ga from Maryland and I wanted to have a second motorcycle to go with my Streetglide so that my Maryland rider friends and family wanting to flee the cold weather could just jump on a plane or in their car without worrying about bringing a motorcycle down for a quick cold weather escape and if lucky some riding
I considered getting another used touring bike but loved my Fatboy from years ago so decided to go for a barhopper type bike. It was between a Night Train and a Deuce and I chose the Deuce. Reading some of the post in this thread it seems as if the Deuce rear fender seems to be a turn off for some non Deuce owning posters but I happen to like it. I think for me it goes back to a early to mid 70's white Superglide that kind of had a Deuce like azz end.
Anyhow, I enjoy having a touring bike very much but am looking forward to building some good memories with the Deuce. By the way it is a 2001. Matching wheels and sprocket, floating rotors and a Harley-Davidson factory like custom paint job. 14,700 miles or so and seems to run pretty good but I will need to reinstall the baffles that previous owner removed - I think.
