Last summer on a beautiful sunny Labor Day weekend Sunday,my wife and I decided to travel a short way down old Rt 66 which is just in our"backyard" It led us past this old restored abandoned gas station . We stopped for a few pics . This one happens tobe the best at showing the front of the station and me and my bike .
Hello all -
I Installed the V&H Fishtail slip-ons last Thursday and I have to tell you all this: If you are unhappy with your stock pipes YOU MUST GET THESE SLIP-ONS !!!! They sound and look great. I've been riding with the stock exhaust for over 8 months so you can only imagine how much I can appreciate my new exhaust.
LOWRY ; Glad you like your pipes. I have been looking at the V&H fishtales my self, and I was wondering if they touch or drag in the corners? Right now I am running SE slip-on W/ HD fishtails. They hit ground a lot. Any info you can give me would be great. Thanks.
JUSTIN; Installing the winndshield is not hard. Take your time and cover your gas tank and front fender with blanket, rags.or whatever you have just in case you drop a bolt or tool. About a couple hours . Lots of help here if you need it. Good luck.
The V&H fishtail slip-ons actually have a little more clearance ... I'm guessig well over an inch. I dragged my stock mufflers many times (mostly curbs) but haven't had any problems in the 200+ miles I put on the bike with the new pipes. Hope this helps.

Springer 06, Love the looks of your bike- if you can, post up some more pics of your new bars and the front area. BTW, what type of bars are those and what kind of kit did you use to relocate your front turn signals? Looks great! Thanks!
