I just found a 200mm blank fender on eBay for $50 (Jesse James wants $200 for the same thing). I modified it to fit my bike. made the light mount by hand from some body tin and adapted it to the model A taillight backing.
I wanted a fatboy rear fender to bob too, but even very smashed ones were selling high on ebay and I wasn't about to pay full price for a new one. I was mainly concerned with still using my struts to mount my saddlebags and detachable backrest. the set-up I have now works very well. Its not quite as original as flyingtiger's, but it works. Most people think it came factory like that because it looks so much better than that duck butt stocker. I've had some HD dealers say I need to send a picture to ***** G, but at the opposite end I had one dealer think it was a stock street bob fender that I slapped on.
