Anybody have a great buying experience at a dealer in SC or NC? Im just outside Charlotte, but willing to travel for the right deal.
My closest dealer is Doghouse HD in Rock Hill (old *** HD). They claim they sell at market value and say theyre at mid-thirties on a Road Glide and it doesnt matter if its 2024 or 2025. Im ready to buy, but hoping to avoid the BS game, to the extent that I can, talking to someone about mid-thirties on a 2024 leftover Road Glide.
Also interested in what fees you guys paid.
My current ride is a 2011 Road King. Not trading in. Im buying with no trade.
I had good dealings with Bulldog in Smithfield NC on my last 2 bikes. They actually show prices on the tags unlike some other close by dealers and worked with me giving me top dollar on my trade and 3k off sticker on my 22SG.
I don't know if they are the best but Timm's HD in Anderson, SC. sounds better than Doghouse. They have two locations. I bought my bike in the Augusta, GA store. They are still family owned.
Just had my 1,000 Mike service done at Timms. I bought a slightly used 2924 Road Glide from a private seller in Georgia and Timms worked me in, on a Saturday, on my ride home. I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you.

Wow, congratulations. I did not know they had released the 2924 year models yet. And to think we have three threads going stating HD is going out of business!
Seriously, glad you found a good deal. We need pictures now!
Huh..... Timm's Anderson yes, Disgusta no.. And that's just from dealing with the parts department, I'd say deal with the parts first, guys who know their ah*t the sales people are generally good... The other's well you're just a number

Bulldog is owned by the same outfit the OP is dealing with. They sprung some fees on me in 2022 that surprised me. I’ve bought four touring bikes since 2020, three of them knew, so I thought I knew the game, but they had some new tricks up their sleeves.
I liked them otherwise, but negotiating the deal made me... gassy.
