I know it's midweek but looking at the forcast I'm not sure I will be able to resist the temptation. Anyone around Charlotte available for a ride tomorrow? Not sure where I am going or how long I'll be gone but usually that is the best plan anyway. Anyone interested in riding for a while let me know.
Dang some of us have to work brother!
Can't ride tomorrow myself. You should have went to the CBA swap meet with me Sunday morning. I went to work there and at 6:15 am when I left it was like 34 degrees! Pretty cold on my neck and ears and fingers but at least it gave me a good idea of what to wear next time. I bought some winter gloves at Fox Creek while I was there and will zip the ear cover on my half helmet and get me one of those neck and face covers for my next cold ride. The new leather jacket I got did the trick and I wore my flannels under my jeans so all in all, it was a good experience.
Have fun tomorrow!
If you are out riding today while I am working...well .. you suck..
Simcom I should have known you had something to do with it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Freakin Rainmaker!!!!!!!!
Beautiful day in Charlotte but as I headed north I got soaked. Decided to abort the plan of going down the parkway and went back southeast to find the sunshine again. Even so it was a good ride of about 200 miles.
My bike hasn't been this dirty since I rode to Myrtle Beach. Hmm who did I do that trip with... Oh yea SIMCOM!
