Any good spots?

Any good spots?
A guy in our office called me day before yesterday and asked if I wanted to do a couple days around the Southern Part of the state (AZ) with him and another guy. I took care of what I needed to do around the home front and told him late last night "I'm In".
We are leaving tomorrow (Thursday the 20th) morning.
I'm going to meet them in Apache Junction and then we are gonna head East and South. No real route planned just kind of whatever. the only plan we have is to stay off the Freeways.
I was wondering if any of you have any out of the way spots in the Southern part of the state we could check out that maybe allot of people don't know about?
Sorry about the short notice on the request but this is kind of spur of the moment thing.
If anybody wants to meet up and ride with us for awhile send me a pm with a phone # and I'll give ya a call if we start heading in your direction.

Last week's ride went in that direction, and Sunday's ride goes in that direction, but a different route. Check those out.
Last week, we really didn't stop until Globe, except for gas, so can't help you with that.

here's a thought, did most of this last year, probably stay overnight in sierra vista,if you've never been to Tombstone it's worth a look(tourist trap) southern az
If you have the time, the 191(coronado trail) from safford to alpine is probably one of the best bike roads in az. chilly this time of year, we are going friday after thanksgiving
