all, i want a jockey shift but also want to utilize the current set up with foot shift. imagine a shift rod low on right side and rod passes thru a support befre taping into current linkage. anyone tried this? seems doable with a few creative mounts and linkage rods.
just a novelty i guess, the bike would function as normal. the jockey shift would not be the primary way to shift the bike. attempting this on a '14 72

i have seen this before on a Kawasaki Vulcan, I looked around but could not find any information about it. You could shift with hard or foot, it was kind of cool!

Woah! I can pretty excited on my Sporty and I'm a 7th Dan **** Star, but I'm not sure I could change gear with that.
yee of little faith. i highly doubt this will increase my chances of being found dead. admittedly, this isn't a common thing but also not a "fox news crazy" idea either. the factory foot shift will always be there if needed. i've seen it out there, mostly custom builds, don't feel its worth that kind of $$. If i decide I'm happy with this bike and build the linkage, i will definitely post a video.
