Mini fairing won't fit...what a PITA

Default Mini fairing won't fit...what a PITA
I bought one of these mini fairings for my '99 883 and the stupid thing won't fit. Anyone else had this problem?? It seems pretty straight forward to install but i can't get it to work...

Never mind, I modified the bracket so it should fit. I guess you get what you pay for):

Yeah, they must have sent the wrong model mounting bracket ): Oh well, here it is. I like it for now, but wil eventually put a Dart Fly screen on it in the future...

Thanks! In combination with the taller rear shocks and low bars, I like the stance a whole lot better than stock.

I think it really suit s them hence my ordering one too. Nice looking Sporty you got there.

I have that same fairing. Mine fit the bike, but it was a pain to re-route cables. My clutch and brake lines seem like they are aimed right at the fairing. It's due to my narrow bars though.

The oem Harley faring is much nicer than the eBay one the bracket is a lot sturdier too

I got one for my 01 custom. I had to modify the bracket and then turn it upside down to make it fit. But it fits like a glove now
